After twenty-four years of providing short-term housing for insurance claimants in Michigan the biggest problems we run into is when landlords either don't know or ignore the laws that govern Landlord-Tenant relations. If you are a new landlord or you are unsure of the laws in Michigan we urge you to read either the actual Michigan law for residential rentals or the summary in this Website.
